We’ll begin with a gentle ‘Wonder & Awe Walk’ through the forest, followed by a series of activities to awaken the Five Senses, engaging sight, sound, smell, touch, and hearing.

To complete the experience, we’ll come together for a guided meditation and then share a group tea ceremony - inviting taste into the journey and bringing everything together in quiet reflection.

Meet at 263 Le Gardes Road at 9am sharp to travel together to Eungulla National Park. After the session, you’re welcome to join us for lunch at Café Eden. Please note: the café’s dirt driveway may be uneven after rain, but the road into Eungulla National Park is fully sealed.
