Why did I call this a mentorship?

Well, part of this experience will be me sharing with you practices to support you in deepening your connection with nature. The other part will be me supporting and mentoring you in what specifically you are already working with in your relationship with nature. This might be just how to BE in nature or maybe it's how to be solo in nature. Perhaps you are in a healing journey and nature can support you. Perhaps a creative or artistic process. Or perhaps you are grieving with and for the earth. Each participant will be in their own process and my role as mentor will be to assist and guide you through eco somatics with nature as ally.

Please feel free to send me a message what is present for you and what you might be working with during our time. I will also be guiding the group through some processes to help identify and articulate this more specifically with you.

Please note. These are all off-grid locations without water or toilet facilities. I will bring a shovel, loo paper and hand washing water.

YOU NEED TO BRING:

drinking water at least 2 litres
sun protection/ hat etc
rug or mat to sit/lie on
something to time keep, phone/watch
smart phone and headphones
journal & pen
layers of clothes for all weather
snacks
footwear for dancing in case too rough for bare feet

INSURANCE and Duty of Care:

Working outdoors in nature is a risk. Whilst all care is taken to manage your safety it is important to know that you are responsible for your well being. We will be very low risk activities but outdoors there is always a possibility of the unpredictable. You may wish to consider your own personal accident insurance.
