This event is meant to be a cozy "wind-down" space for writing or another form of creativity that gives your mind a chance to wander and explore it's inner workings without the pressing need to "produce" something viable.

You are guided through different breathing and meditative practices to encourage you to relax into your body after a long day, creating a safe and comforting space to write from a free-flowing state. From here, you are allowing yourself to explore the inner workings of your subconscious mind through writing or illustration (also known as flow-state or automatic writing).

Maybe there's something you've been needing to work out, get out, organize, create, get to know about yourself or something, etc. but just haven't had the time (yet). Well, this is the place for you to explore that (or more) under the warm guidance of our certified meditation teacher, Nayo Shell.

We welcome openness to what you might create. Previous participants have had big "ah-ha" moments, wrote an entire children's book they are now going to publish, or simply finally had the uninterrupted time to write that they much needed.

You'll be welcomed to share what you have created at the end of the writing circle as you feel is right for you.

Each event will have a theme guiding it. So, come prepared to relax into your body and write what you truly desire or just needs to come out.
