ECOWind & ECOFlow Annual Impact Meeting
Event description
Join us for the latest research from the ECOWind programme, with an introduction to ECOFlow. This event is designed to bridge the gap between scientific discovery and practical implications for industry and policy.
What are the ecological consequences of rapid and large-scale expansion of offshore wind in UK waters? ECOWind and ECOFlow’s mission is to explore that question for fixed and floating offshore wind respectively, and to provide the evidence needed for better decisions to benefit nature.
Join us in November for a 2-day event that brings together experts from various sectors to discuss impactful scientific findings. Engage in interactive discussions on the latest science and current policy initiatives, with panel discussions delving into ensuring the science has meaningful impact.
There will be opportunities to discuss cutting-edge science and policy focused on specific topics such as compensation, ecosystem dynamics and interactions with OWF, strategic monitoring, and cumulative effects assessments.
