Come on a journey to explore who you are through movement, get out of your head and re-connect with your body, learn about your true self by letting go of attachments and judgements, shift emotions and energies through dance, a journey to access your inner wisdom. Come join a community of acceptance, empowerment, and joy.

What to expect: For an hour and a half your facilitator creates a safe space for you to take a journey of self-discovery through rhythm and movement in whatever way feels useful for you in that moment via a specifically designed playlist. Part dance party, part meditation, part workout. Come connect to the music, yourself, the community, and the universe.
