Event description

- Kia ora Taranaki dance tribe -

Join Jenna Hitchcock and Sarsha Hope for this magical full moon dance and breath work event at the beautiful gardens of Tatariamaka.

We will be dancing barefoot on the earth and breathing together surrounded by community on the precipice of this upcoming Libra full moon.

Ecstatic dance is freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container.

A space to gather and reclaim the joy and release of dancing in a non-judgmental space.

When:

Dance starts @ 4- 6pm

Where:

Tatariamaka

What to Bring:

You will be lying on the ground for breath work after dance and although there will be a fire lit please bring a yoga mat, blankets and layers to keep warm.

The recipe is simple: No booze, no shoes, great music and an epic tribe come together to dance. Don't worry about steps or form or how you look, it's not that kind of dance. Our dance is one that throws the rule books away and instead encourages you to release to the music and let go of that pesky judging mind.

About Jenna Hitchcock.

Jenna Hitchcock is an Embodiment and Transformational Coach.

She is a qualified Shamanic Cacao and Breathwork Ceremonialist, working with Practices, Lineages, Plants and Allies from the Andes, India, Australia and New Zealand.

She believes “the breath is not only the air we breathe, it is the space we expand into within ourselves. When we create the connection and presence with our body and breath, we offer ourselves the opportunity to remember who we are”.

This work has taken Jenna to many countries, supporting world class leadership immersions with some of the most highly renowned people in personal development.

A big part of her background is integration on plant medicine retreats, working with clients utilising cacao, breathwork and other somatic practices to embody and implement the wisdom from their journeys and experiences on retreat.

Jenna has been back in New Zealand on her homeland these past two years, offering this medicine in Ceremonies, Workshops and Retreats.
