Open your heart to the joyful offerings by experienced facilitators Allison from Midnight Garden Temple & Louise from Soul Signature. Allison loves to share movement and breath practices for releasing stuck energy so you can soften into your Self and enjoy your delicious energy flowing unencumbered. Louise loves to clear and activate your soul's expression through sound and voice practices to awaken your unique soul signature.
Wear comfortable layered clothing which is easy to move in. Bring blanket and cushion for the sound healing and your water bottle. Please try to arrive on time. Kids are free!
Chai & snacks will be served afterwards.
