Embark on an ecstatic inner-journey together in community. Immerse yourself in the ancient sacred practices of Meditation, Breathwork, Ecstatic Dance and Sound Healing to discover more of yourself.

All welcome. This is an all ages, all inclusive, alcohol free event. Sound vibe is tribal-inspired world music with drumming and electronica. Wear something layered as this is a very physical dance and you will get hot. You might cool down quickly during the sound healing so maybe bring a blanket. Bring your water bottle too. Kids are welcome with free entry however I might add this event is more suitable to older kids.

What to expect:

We begin our dance journey by connecting in circle with a unifying guided meditation with focus on opening and activating our energy centres. We then move our focus to our breath. Together, we tap into the incredible power of breathwork to reduce stress, create feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication and connection. Breathwork also helps us release any mental, physical or emotional blocks we may have. From breathwork, we then move into our dance...

Ecstatic Dance is an intuitive movement practice, a form of dance therapy and a moving meditation. No dance skills are necessary. The intuitive flow of the movement encourages you to drop out of your head and feel deeply into your body, releasing any stuck energy, opening you up to infinite bliss. That's right, if you truly surrender yourself to the dance, it can ultimately lead you to feelings of ecstasy.

These feelings are then amplified within the unified field of the group. You can leave your worries behind, share a unifying experience with other heart-centred souls and get a physical and spiritual workout too.

In this sacred space, you are free to express yourself in loving union with your body and soul. Your body holds innate wisdom just waiting to be discovered. Surrender to yourself, surrender to your body and unlock this wisdom within you.

We end our journey with a soul-cleansing sound healing...

Sound Healing is an ancient therapy which uses sound to permeate our body's energy system returning it back to harmony and balance. The sound vibrations open, clear, and balance our chakras and release stuck energy.

Open yourself to sound healing after ecstatic dance, to help release anything that no longer serves you which may come up for you during the meditation, breathwork or dance. Clearing any stagnant energy creates more space for you to experience your natural bliss.
