Through our own awareness & observation, we endeavour to find BALANCE and in doing so, we ATTUNE to our natural way of BEING.
This Ecstatic Dance night is all about balancing our energies and attuning to our natural frequencies through supportive practices.
Navigating through the recent Equinox portal (Mar21) I've been inspired to focus on my own internal balance and attune to my spirit. I've been experiencing inner-turmoil as the equinox energies have been shaking up my perceptions of myself in my mind, body and spirit. I've been feeling dismantled, disjointed and even defeated at times. It's definitely a challenge to face the parts of me that've been out of balance... out of balance for a long time! So I'd like to journey with you in a session inspired to create balance and harmony within so we can all better attune to our spirits.
- The practices will include meditation with breath/energy awareness and movement. I'm not strict about the flow of these sessions. It's a matter of what comes up at the time within the dynamic of energies in the circle on the night. There is flow but it's intuitive flow in the moment. Hope that makes sense?
- Bring friends - if there's someone who comes to mind when you think about being out of balance, invite them along. Let's explore those parts of ourselves together!
- Wear clothes which you can comfortably move in, bring a blanket (for reflection time at the end) and don't forget your water bottle.
- Temple donations are welcome under your own volition. This is a community offering with the intention to bring heart-centred community together. We have a suggested donation of $20 however if you are under financial stress or simply don't feel the desire to donate (which is totally ok), there are other options available. I have a ticketing system so I know who's attending on the night and I can prepare accordingly.
