Ecstatic Dance Christchurch with DJ GLOBAL HARMONIZER at UPRISING - Sunday April 27

Our last dance at Uprising was a great success, so we're doing it again!

DJ Global Harmonizer brings another super fresh dance journey to the dance floor for our second Ecstatic Dance at Uprising.

Ecstatic Dance is a global movement dance event for open and beautiful souls from all walks of life. You're never to old - and never too young!

The guidelines we follow in the dance:
Be present - without phones or cameras
Be embodied - without chit chat.
Be clear - with no alcohol or drugs.
Be consensual - with communication.
Be here - with no outside shoes.
Be free - dance how you want to.
No Judgements - be authentic.

When we step on the dance floor, we include our whole selves, even the frightened parts that want to hide.

We open the doors at 6.00pm with relaxing, reflective, meditative music. You can stretch, meditate or move - but please no chit chat as this interrupts others.

At 6.15 we welcome you to the space and the dance journey begins. At about 7.45 we lay down and catch our breath, relax and become grounded - while listening to sweet sounds with a mini gong bath.
