Join me for some emotional, physical & energetic release through the therapeutic movement of Ecstatic Dance and find your inner Goddess in a supportive circle of like-hearted women.
We'll do some breathwork, meditation as well as pull oracle cards, chat together and have tea and snacks. Bring your water bottle and a blanket or shawl for the self reflection at the end. Wear comfortable, layered clothes to move in which can be easily remove if you get hot dancing!
Our community is very warm and welcoming... we hope to see you there!
