Participants are invited to shed inhibitions, allowing the body to express its most authentic and untamed essence. Ecstatic dance is more than a physical exploration; it is a sacred ritual of self-expression and connection. There is no talking as you are encouraged to move beyond the limitations of words, tapping into the primal language of the body. Through fluid movements, spontaneous gestures, and uninhibited expression, dancers will traverse a realm where the mundane dissolves, and the sacred emerges.

The atmosphere becomes charged with positive energy, creating a collective pulse that unites all participants in a harmonious dance of unity. First time to DANCING DHEVAS...

Dancing Dhevas is a free form dance practice that invites you to engage in life as only you can, to move with such authenticity that it liberates the bubbles of ecstasy.

Conscious dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.

Come as you are or bring a friend, we share a dance floor of like minded souls who move as one and celebrate life in all its complexities in the moment.

Bring drinking water and a sweat towel.

We dance bare foot so we can open and ground our feet, the roots of our dance.

No talking on the dance floor, verbal chatter distracts you and others from this active meditation, if you feel you must talk take it outside of the hall.
