After an amazing night in May together, here comes the July Edition!

Get ready to move, release, and reconnect — this is not your average night out! Join us for an Ecstatic Dance experience where music, movement, and mindfulness meet in a beautiful, transformative flow.

DANCING AS THERAPY - sign me up!

We’ll begin the evening with a gentle guided meditation, grounding us into presence and preparing our bodies and hearts. Then the dance floor opens wide as DJ Ferngulli takes us on an hour-long musical journey — a live DJ set crafted to awaken your spirit and set your body free. No choreography, just pure, expressive movement.

To close, we’ll slow it all down, inviting stillness and integration as we return from the dance.

This is an event for EVERYONE - All ages (kids welcome), no experience needed!
