Ecstatic dance is a freestyle dance!!

Let the music guide you, no formal structure, no steps, you do you. Dance to your own rhythm, embodiment practice allows you to connect with your feelings, physical limitations & ideas of what feels good ~ give yourself permission to move into ecstasy! Let yourself look as weird as possible. Flow in your own divine moving meditation & leave the mind behind.

Begin with a guided meditation & gentle yoga poses.

Relax at the end with live instrumental sound healing.

***No dance experience required***

“When we come to dance..

we come to gather, sweat and pray

We tune in ~ in tune

we respect one another

we unplug from the machine,

We communicate with our bodies

we drop our judgements, expectations, or stories

We dance to discover something new, every time.

We simply come to dance ….”

♥

Welcome to the family ♥
