Dance to your own rhythm, embodiment practice allows you to connect with your feelings, physical limitations & ideas of what feels good ~ give yourself permission to move into ecstasy! Let yourself look as weird as possible. Flow in your own divine moving meditation & leave the mind behind.

Begin with a guided meditation & gentle yoga poses.

Relax at the end with live instrumental sound healing.
