Whether you are solo or in partnership, for maximum happiness it is necessary to cultivate self-love and learn how to have a healthy relationship with yourself. In this Ecstatic Dance class we will move our bodies with deep intention to release fear and any other barriers around love and reach new levels of personal freedom. Ecstatic dance has been embraced by cultures worldwide as a transformative practice that unites body, mind & spirit through freeform movement and rhythmic sound. This meditative experience allows you to release emotional blockages, shed tension, and journey into altered states of consciousness, creating space for healing, inner peace, and moments of pure ecstasy. 

With the guidance of Leah Evenstar, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and express yourself through spontaneous movement. Leah’s fusion of musical styles and techniques, honed through her training in India and the U.S., will deepen your connection to both your own inner rhythm and the universal flow of energy. 

Let go, move intuitively, and experience the transformative power of ecstatic dance as a pathway to healing, liberation, and joy. 

Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely throughout the experience. We also ask that you don't wear shoes in the studio so keep that in mind when decided what to wear on your feet. 

You may also want to bring water and anything to support your comfort throughout the experience. 

This journey will be guided by Leah Evenstar who has roots in the Algonquin tribe and has studied Shamanism, meditation & ancient practices in the US, Peru, Egypt & Asia. She is also a certified Wellness Coach, Sound and Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, and Medium. She cultivates a nurturing and empowering environment for personal transformation, healing, and expanded awareness.
