Ecstatic Dance, free form conscious dancing with great people and great music.

The intention set for this evening of movement is for a great release through embodied dance, to activate and clear, letting go and making space for the new.

This freeform practice invites you to dance like no one is watching to
delve under the layers of holding and resistance to set your inner
dancer free. A joyous celebration of life on the dance floor, be in the
moment moving which ever way you wish, be in community as you
express and release, ground and uplift your spirit to ecstatic states,
alcohol, drug and smoke free.

Moving through the body we explore new ways to release stress and process
emotions, freeing ourselves to experience life with a fuller capacity.

The music will take you on a journey that will cross musical genre, borders and movement hurdles. Come with an open mind to explore your body, mind and spirit through your authentic dance.

No right or wrong and no set moves, open up to a world of possibilities beyond your imagination, with you, the dance floor and great music!
