Rock & Metal Ecstatic Dance Party - because why not?

Have you ever had those moments where you just need some guitar and drums playing loud and you rock out in the lounge? Well why not do the same but in an ecstatic dance party with other rocking souls.

Of course the Cacao will be flowing - chill zones if you need a rest - and we will finish off the night with 20 minutes of sound healing - so bring with you a yoga mat if you wish.

I'm a lover of ecstatic dance and how it frees your soul. Why not do it with a twist or heavy beats? Same rules apply - shoes off, phones off, no talking and lose yourself in the music. I have feeling this will be a night to remember.
