Ecstatic dance is an in your body "embodiment" experience, where there is no judgement, no ego, just you and the music.
Ecstatic Dance Guidelines: Ecstatic dance practices often involve guidelines such as being present, embracing embodiment, maintaining a clear mind, being consensual, grounding, and being free to dance without judgment.

Effects of Ecstatic Dance: Ecstatic dance is described as a way to connect with oneself and others, serving as a meditation, a way to cope with stress, and a spiritual practice

After the Cacao ceremony, participants are guided into an opening of space within the dancefloor, then selected music is weaved throughout the night for two hours with DJ omikeyo that guides you during the journey with an eclectic mix of Sacred Song, Esoteric Beats, and Tribal Afro House.

Activation of waves (pauses) are included in sections for recharging the body, closing the night with a sound healing with

DJ, omikeyo has been DJing for 27 years, collecting and playing vinyl in his 20yr old beginnings, playing genres of Soul, Funk, Hip Hop, House, Disco, Afro House Tech House, and the Eclectic Ecstatic Dance.
