Welcome to our Ecstatic Dance Community held at Coledale Hall, Wollongong 4th Friday of each month

Ecstatic dance is a moving meditation, a self healing practice, a dance therapy where we intuitively move with the natural flow of energy in our body. During our dance, we release tension & stagnant energy held in our bodies which opens us to our body's innate wisdom. Through your own SELF surrender you may even experience altered states of bliss & ecstasy.
Ecstatic Dance Wollongong is a dance community where you can connect with other like-hearted souls who love to dance as part of their inner journey. This is a place where you can surrender to your dance, celebrate your inner freedom, connect and have FUN!
No dance skills are necessary here and it’s important to not take yourself too seriously. You're always held where you are in every moment and there's a relaxing healing circle at the end, allowing space for self reflection and integration.
Bring friends - if there's someone who you think might be interested in connecting and dancing together, invite them along! Building community is what it's all about!
There'll be chats with tea before dance. Wear comfy clothes that are easy to move in, bring a blanket for the self reflection/integration time at the end and don't forget your water bottle. Please NO talking during dance time and NO phones. Thanks.
Temple donation is $20 This is a community offering for EVERYONE. Allison has been holding ecstatic dance events over the past two years at Coledale Hall. The intention is to bring heart-centred community together. The $20 donation covers hall hire, insurance, organising, prep time, tea etc. We have a ticketing system so we can prepare accordingly.
We gather at Coledale Hall 7:00-8:30pm on 4th Friday of the month (during school terms) ALL WELCOME!

More about your Host: Allison from Midnight Garden Temple
I’m a Tantric Healing Practitioner and Temple Curator for Midnight Garden Temple. I’m passionate about creating sacred transformative spaces for community to come together and heal, activate and expand. My offerings are focused on the integration of sacred sexuality to return to spiritual balance for a more vital and ecstatic human experience. I’ve been holding wellness events in the area for a few years now, including Lovefest Wollongong, Goddess Rising Ecstatic Dance nights for women (at Coledale Hall) & Pleasure Portal for women (at cSpace in Bulli) and many other collaborative women's circles, workshops, retreats and festivals. I love building sacred community, sharing my journey and inspiring others to take steps towards their own self love, self confidence and inner joy.
