On the night of the Full Moon, when the veil between body and spirit grows thin, we gather in sacred circle to move, breathe, open, and receive.

In honour of the seasonal change we’re taking this month’s Tribe event in doors. Making it a little gentler and a touch warmer, with an Ecstatic Dance workshop and Sound Bowl Healing Journey.

Join 2-hour journey of deep connection and embodied awakening. Together, we will spiral through the elements in a carefully curated experience designed to activate joy, release what no longer serves, and return to the heart of who we truly are.

Ecstatic Dance Workshop – Guided movement to awaken the body and liberate expression.

Breathwork – A sacred gateway into presence, clearing the mind and anchoring the soul.

Cacao Ceremony – Heart-opening medicine to soften your being and invite deep connection.

Sound Bowl Healing Journey – Soothing crystal bowls and vibrational tones to realign your energy and bathe you in a calm ambience.
