The 5elements Dance Activation is a powerful shamanic journey of embodiment for men & women. It's a modality based around the global movement of transformation that holds the same integrity and focus as yoga, yet at the same time allowing an authentic expression to enliven and awaken the human spirit to a greater capacity for truth, environmental compassion and self-awareness.

It’s a free-style ecstatic-dance Journey, held in a shamanic container incorporating more than just dance. It’s also a breathwork journey that weaves powerful prayer, chanting, contact dance, movement meditation, shamanic shaking, healing savasana and more working inside the map of the 5 cardinal elements; Air, Earth, Fire, Water & Ether.

It's an invitation to tune into our human psyche on the personal and trans-personal, and with presence, movement, intention and breath, release resistance and blockages and meet our joy, expression, passion and innate power.

Music matters in the 5Elements Dance Activation. Expect music that weaves a journey of emotive strength to support the embodiment of the elements. It’s a moving meditation on the dance-floor to music that invokes transformation, and holds the vibration of the work to carry the participant through their own personal metamorphosis.

NOTE: The 5Elements Dance Activation is a process that is making its mark on the world as a way to catalyze deep release, transformation & joy for those who step are brave enough to step into the current and be taken on an Elemental Awakening journey. Ria is an NZ-born, Byron Bay-based ecstatic dance DJ and embodiment facilitator empowered to bring more awareness to the shifting sands of this world and how to meet it. She’s committed to creating experiences and transmissions that invite people to meet their most authentic expression through the vehicles of music, embodiment & dance.

As an advocate of Elemental Awakening and a teacher of the #5elementsdance Activation, the elementals are her allies, offering powerful guidance and healing to her inner and outer worlds. DAISY KAYE, Cacao Priestess, Body & Breath worker, Tao-Tantric Practitioner

Daisy Kaye is fun, playful and wise and is passionately committed medicine woman here to support the personal growth in the arts of self love and care. She is the founder of The School of Breath Medicine and Sacred Cacao Ceremony and 5 Element Dance, holding teacher trainings in Thailand for the past 8 years. Daisy is a breath worker originally trained in Rebirthing and Transformational Breathwork and now Biodynamic trauma release. Also a bodyworker of 26 years in various massage modalities specialising in Chi Nei Tsang and creator of a 5 Element Massage system.

Daisy is a passionate Tao-Tantric arts practitioner and teacher, teaching alongside Shashi Solluna and Minka De Vos for the past 8 years in their extensive 5 week teacher training program. Now a body, and embodiment worker of 27 years, Daisy provides a blanket of safety, kindness, and compassion throughout all her work. Originally trained in Rebirthing and Transformational Breathwork, she is now a fully qualified Biodynamic Breathe Trauma Release System facilitator and trainer. Born in the year of the white tiger, you may often hear her speaking in meows and purrs.
