EMBODIED MOVEMENT WORKSHOPS

A BOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Amy Thomas is an Embodied Temple Keeper, Cacao Facilitator & Master NLP Practitioner. With a passion for dance (she has danced since the age of 3) and women experiencing their fullest expression in their bodies, expanding into more of who they are.

She is an expert in navigating our internal world and has specifically trained in facilitating guided embodied movement journeys, helping women to find their authentic expression, connect to their bodies and guide women to reaching a deeper sense of self.

As a sacred space holder, these are safe, full permission environments; for you to feel liberation and reignite your aliveness from within.

There is no dance experience necessary to attend these events, this is about authentic expression, and not about how it looks. As we learn to move from the inside out, rather than the outside in.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR A PROMPT START AT 5.45PM

TIME: 5.45pm - 6.45pm - 1hr Workshop

LOCATION: Tintenbar Hall, Tintenbar

PLEASE BRING:

Water bottle.

Wear clothes that you feel comfortable to move in.

A blanket to move on on the floor if you would like (or long sleeves and pants if you need)

An offering for our alter, something that feels special to you, sacred or feminine.

ATTENDANCE:

Bookings are essential, as their is limited spaces for this event.

* If you are unable to attend and can give notice of this 48hrs prior to the event we can happily arrange for a transfer of event attendance to another day of your choice. ( to an event of equal value)

*If notice is not given 48hrs before the event unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund, exchange or transfer of your ticket. As these are small group events and we count on all the spaces being filled for such an offer.
