Ecstatic Sound

Bring your journal, instruments and come as you are to share your voice in Ecstatic Sound.

We will sit in ceremony with cacao to drop into our hearts to draw our senses to the present.

Rediscover meaning from the spirit of an existing song, and connect to intuition as we explore the feeling in the sound. We will alchemize story into feeling through living music.

💫 Our intention is to co-create a musical jam and express what we feel, free from rules and judgment. 💫 

The channel will be held open for this container by the whimsical Maverick and their infinite verses. They will provide structure and invitations to empower the improvised expression of all noise makers to play.

Together we will slow down time to map our reflections and empower each of us to move at our own speed in any key or keys that sound through us, so that we are ready to stretch our lips and open our throats to shift with the beat.

Ceremony

Cacao will drop us into our senses to hear the rhythm pulsing through the body. By listening to Presence, we will give ourselves permission to express our sacred silliness, grief, frustration and joy. Every stage of the process is Play - we follow the sounds that feel good.

Songwriting & Jam 

All skill levels are invited to meet in this ocean of fluid sound, there are no wrong notes or directions to swim. We will listen to the flow of the group and bridge our heart song to connect together in this container to break the process down to build each other up as we co-create living music in the moment.

Maverick

As a wandering bard, they have spent years listening to the trees, rocks, rivers and critters to strum the song of the forest. Their sound bends with the seasons to create music outside of genre, formal rules or judgment. Every moment has multiple songs and rhythms heard by those who slow down to listen, and it is their greatest gift and joy to share in the creation of Song with those who feel the call to share this breath.
