ECU FAS x EY - Mock Assessment Centre

ECU FAS, in collaboration with EY, brings you an opportunity to experience a mock EY assessment centre first-hand. Working through a real-world case study in small groups, which mirrors the format used in EY's graduate recruitment process, before receiving direct feedback from EY representatives.

This session is designed to build three fundamental capabilities:

• Understanding what recruiters look for in an assessment centre setting.

• Practising case study analysis, group collaboration, and structured communication under time pressure.

• Gaining confidence and insider knowledge to prepare for real assessment processes.

The session will close with an informal networking opportunity, giving students the chance to connect directly with EY representatives.
