ECU Student Guild Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The ECU Student Guild invites all current Guild Members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The AGM provides members with the opportunity to hear updates on the Guild’s activities, review business matters, and participate in decision‑making that shapes the future of your student community.

📅 Date: Wednesday, 29 April 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
📍 Location: Joondalup Campus, Building 1, Room 447 (Council Chambers)
💻 Online attendance available (Microsoft Teams)

Important Information:

• Attendance is open to all current Guild Members

• Registration is optional for in‑person attendance, but encouraged for catering

• Online attendance requires registration

• Online attendees will receive a Microsoft Teams link within 24 hours of the meeting

• Light refreshments provided

We encourage all members to attend and take part in shaping the future direction of the ECU Student Guild.

Submitting Business for the Agenda

In accordance with the Standing Orders, Members wishing to have business listed on the AGM agenda must submit their request in writing at least seven (7) business days prior to the meeting. (20th April 2026 at 10am)

As the Executive Officer position is currently vacant, this process will be managed via an online form.

Proxy Registrations

Members who are unable to attend may appoint another Guild Member as a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.

✅ Proxy appointments must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting.
