EDGE – is a day for Victorian Baptist Pastors aimed at encouraging, development, growth and empowerment. King Solomon, wrote “If the axe is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength will be needed, but skill will bring success” Ecclesiastes 10:10. This day is for sharpening your pastoral edge.

So many people have great needs in our Victorian churches. It is natural to respond to the urgent needs in front of us. But what is the priority? What is most important? One danger for pastoral leaders is losing sight of what is most important in the midst of ministry.

Come to EDGE, to hear pastors share their priorities, to learn how Victorian Baptist Pastors prioritise their ministry and how you can go about spending the year with your most important priorities front and centre.

Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Cost: This first event in the EDGE series is free and includes morning tea and lunch.
