Travel instructions
Sustainability is a big goal for this event, so please car pool, ride your bike where possible, or jump on the Edible Gardens Festival bus service (tickets sold separately). Or jump on the festival's Facebook and Instagram pages to arrange a lift with other ticket-holders. Gardens have been grouped together by location to minimise commuting where possible.
Entry instructions
Look out for the Edible Gardens Festival signs when you arrive at each open garden or workshop venue. Parking instructions are contained in the festival program for each property (either street parking or a designated area/paddock on the property).
After entry instructions
On arrival, check in with the volunteers at each open garden or workshop and they'll point you in the right direction!
Hazards
Risk Assessments are carried out at each open garden and workshop venue. Please be aware these are outdoor spaces with uneven ground, steps, ponds and/or dams and other hazards. Please take care and supervise children at all time. Ask our volunteers if you require more info or assistance.
Toilet location
At open gardens: Some properties have access to a loo (see program for specific details). Otherwise, please use nearby public toilets. At workshops: Toilets available at workshop venues
Accessible parking
Please see the full program for parking info for each garden. At some properties, parking is on the street. At others, parking attendants are there to assist you. Please speak to them if you have specific parking and accessibility needs.
