More about Dina... After working and doing research in Costa Rica for 5 years in sustainable farming, natural resource management and environmental education, Dina came to the Twin Cities to pursue a Masters of Science at the University of MN in Environmental Education and sustainable agriculture. After graduating she worked in urban gardening youth programs and nature centers as well as writing school gardening curriculums. In 2010, she was a backyard farmer and garden educator for PRI Cold Climate's Backyard Harvest Program. She then turned that program into her own gardening design, consulting, and installation business called Harvest Moon Edible Landscapes.
