EVENT REGISTRATION:

Q - How do I register to the event? Click Get Tickets and follow the prompts

Q - What is the ticket price? $157 per person. Last minute tickets purchased within 21-days of the event date will incur a $5 surcharge.

Q - What payment methods do you accept? We accept card payment using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Q - Can I buy a ticket for my plus one? Yes, you may add and pay for your plus one during online registration. Enter the name of your plus one (if known) at the time of booking. If unknown please log back in to Humanitix at anytime to update your plus one details (at least 4 weeks before the event date).

Q - What is the ticket refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable. However tickets are transferable to a new attendee more than 2 weeks before the event date. You must arrange for the transferred ticket details to be updated or seating plans and dietary requirements may not be catered for. Ticket transfers can be made by finding your order confirmation email, clicking edit and following the prompts. 

Q - How will I receive my ticket? You will receive a digital ticket upon purchase. You must present this on arrival clearly showing the QR code and your ID. You do not need to print your ticket.

EVENT SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Q - Can the venue cater for dietary and/or allergy requirements? Yes, the majority of dietary needs may be accommodated with advance notice. Record your dietary needs when registering online. If your specific dietary need is not listed, please contact OzParty event planners via the contact details above.

Q - How do I notify you of special requirements? Contact your main OzParty contact listed above to discuss your needs.

Q - Can we provide our own music playlist?  Yes! Your organisers will put a call out for your favourite songs at least 3 weeks before your event date. We will issue to our DJ for streaming during your event. Note we cannot guarantee all song requests will be met.

EVENT SAFETY AND SECURITY:

Q - What security measures will be in place? Licensed security will be in attendance throughout the night to manage event safety and security. Security checks may include visual assessments, pat downs, bag searches and random breathalyser testing.

Q - Can we arrive under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances? You will be refused entry into the venue if you are under the influence of illicit substances or deemed intoxicated on arrival as assessed by Licensed security.

Q - Can we bring our own alcohol or illicit substances to the event? Bringing your own alcohol and/or illicit substances is strictly prohibited. Any guests who are found to be in possession of or taking illicit substances will be refused entry/removed from the event. Pre-entry security checks will take place. In the case that intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome, disorderly or non-cooperative behaviour is exhibited by guest/s, security reserve the right to remove the disruptive guest/s from the event without any form of refund or compensation. 

Q - Can we bring our own food or drinks to the event? Food intended to cater for specific dietary requirements may be brought provided we are notified at least 2 weeks ahead of the event date. No other food or drinks are to be brought to the event.

Q - Can I bring prescription medication to the event? Yes, provided a) you notify your OzParty event planner in advance b) medications are stored in their original container or in a Pharmacist packed container c) the dispensary sticker is issued in the name of the ticketholder must be on the container or packet of the medication i.e. DON’T peel the label off or carry someone else’s medication d) you bring the official prescription counterfoil or a letter of explanation from a registered medical practitioner e) you bring a letter from your doctor outlining your medical conditions and regular medications in case you need medical attention.

Q - Does this event include transport? No. But OzParty events will happily assist with Limo / Hummers or Party Buses for your group. Please reach out for a quote.

Q - Are we going to have the best University Ball on record? Absolutely! 

NOTE: 

This Uni package booking is subject to a minimum revenue guarantee. If the minimum number of attendees is not reached the package / venue inclusions may be amended to meet the minimum revenue.
