Policy advisers must excel as collaborators, influencers, negotiators, and questioners, ensuring their advice is ‘grounded in robust analysis and data-backed insights that resonate with the community’*.

We’ve helped policy makers in all levels of government to introduce these ways of working within constraints.

Our team collaborated with the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, along with 14 government agencies and non-government policymakers, to develop a model for Delivering Great Policy. We are well-positioned to share our techniques and experiences, helping individuals enhance their effectiveness in policy advice, development, and delivery.
