The workshop presented by Margaret River Chamber of Commerce and Industry led by Tania Van der Stap from ALIGN Risk Management will explain how the transformation from safety-based to risk-based thinking enables businesses to achieve productivity, quality work outcomes and safety performance concurrently. Tania Van der Stap is an international author and speaker in risk management based in Augusta-Margaret River Region. Her industry experience is extensive having worked on major projects and for numerous mid-tier organisations over a 20 year period.
