Welcome to Effervescence!

This day long retreat, “Effervescence”, is the second day long offering from CEDAR Community (Conscious Embodiment, Dance and Relating). “Effervescence” is an exploration of ourselves, along with all the stuff present with us that makes us human. We will connect, move, digest, process and ferment the human experience in this bubbly container into an elixir of life that celebrates your unique human.

CEDAR Community prides itself in providing inclusive and safe places to explore these parts of ourselves collectively.

We will explore consensual conscious touch in embodied ways, while communicating desires and boundaries, to allow more authentic conscious connections to self and others.

Breath of Pleasure (Dan)

Awaken deep pleasure through the breath, unlock your natural energy, and bask in blissful release. This practice uses conscious breathwork to focus on key energy centres in the body, guiding you to access sensations from within. Through conscious breath and awareness, we engage with the body’s natural rhythms, allowing you to unlock deeper layers of presence. This process nurtures an embodied connection with self, inviting you to explore pleasure in a grounded and intentional way.

Dive into the essence of what makes you tick as we explore the Self through playful activities and creative expression.

This session will then be followed by a Human Forest.

Dance Temple (Unanyntji)

Acknowledging and experiencing the divine in self and other, bringing it to the dance floor. Through deep and light-hearted intentional space designed to create opportunity for sacred connection. Bring your unique creative, authentic presence to the collective cauldron and experience the magic.
