EFP Core Workshop - Cash is King: Understanding the Benefits of Cash Flow Management
Event description
The term 'Cash is King' has been around for decades and describes the importance of cash to survive - for any business. A business may have promising revenue streams, a frugal expense base and significant income but if it's financial operations are not designed and managed efficiently to accrue cash, it could still produce a negative cash flow.
In this workshop we will be joined by guest speaker Belinda Hall who will discuss the four fundamental Cash Flow success factors, how to conduct a quick Business/Cash Flow Health Check, how to review and forecast Cash Flow, how to understand the 7 change levers and how to build an action plan. While there are many factors that contribute to the success of a business, efficient management of cash flow is essential to survival.
