Event description

Attention Microsoft 365 Users!

We all know the feeling. You're buried under a never-ending pile of emails, you can't find that one important document, and your to-do list is a mile long. You know there must be a better way to work, but you don't know where to start. If this sounds familiar, then this workshop is for you!

In this 1.5-hour session, we will cover ways to use technology to balance the reactive and urgent so you can work more proactively. We will be using Microsoft Outlook, so if you have a laptop or other digital device, please bring it with you. By the end of this workshop, you will have new habits in place to help you get organised and be more productive in the new year.

So, if you're ready to learn how to be proactive instead of reactive, sign up for this workshop today!

We will cover some key (and maybe new) habit forming processes:

•How to keep track of your incoming work (especially emails)

•How to spend your time on each working day (actions and scheduling)

        •Retention (filing and storing)

This is an ideal workshop for anyone who is keen to get organised at the start of a new and important trading year and who is relatively tech savvy.
