Level 3 is the first part of the supervision process leading towards AIEFT and isEFT certification as an Emotion Focused Therapist.

Two days are spent with five other trainees preparing for the process of Emotion Focused supervision that is required to meet the international standards for certification as an EFT practitioner. The small group provides an opportunity to create the support and safety that encourages self reflection and growth as a EFT therapist.

Each participant is required to bring a video of their work, and this will be reviewed in a process of reflective practice within the group and used as a springboard for broader discussion of EFT theory, practice and case formulation.

PLEASE NOTE: To engage in Level 3 effectively it is necessary that participants have had sufficient experience in putting EFT into practice in their work. The AIEFT suggest that those wishing to register for Level 3 wait until they have completed Level 2 and are able to assess their readiness.
