    About the Emotional Freedom Technique Workshop

    During this 60-minute workshop Sarah will be demonstrating and teaching participants how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (also known as ‘tapping’). Tapping is a simple, evidence based relaxation technique which is clinically proven to lower stress levels. Together we will explore the impact stress can have on your physical and emotional wellbeing and how you can reduce this. Participants will be provided with materials to continue the practice at home.

    What is provided?

    This event is free to attend and includes lunch and refreshments.

    For people who have a family member, partner, child or friend with a mental illness, disability, have AOD concerns, is frail aged and/or is neurodiverse, please consider coming along at 10am for morning tea with the team at LINE Wangaratta and Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect.
