Today's event will focus on Healing the Heart by inviting us to open to allow, accept and embrace self-love and the emotions we are feeling in our body. Maggie will do this, in part, by using her sound bowls to curate different moods and intentions.

This is a “Sekhem" Energy Healing; the word comes from The Egyptian Deity Sekhmet - Goddess of The Wounded Healer.
