The ek Run Club is created to encourage a healthier lifestyle within the community while providing an open, welcoming space to connect with others outside the boardroom. Sometimes, stepping away from the desk for a short run and good conversation is exactly what’s needed to reset the mind and carry momentum through the rest of the week.

• 12pm

• 30 min run

• 15 min post-run coffee social at Dutch Smuggler under the Salesforce Tower (optional)

The run offers a chance to move, meet new people, and build relationships in a relaxed and supportive environment.
