What is Ekka?
The Ekka (short for the Royal Queensland Show) is Brisbane’s biggest annual event, running since 1876! Think: rides, showbags, farm animals, woodchopping, live entertainment, arts, crafts, food trucks, strawberry sundaes, and a solid dose of country-meets-city vibes. It’s like a massive carnival meets cultural showcase pure nostalgic Aussie fun.
About Our Social Club Day Out (August 10th):
We’re heading to the Ekka as a social day out! 🎡🎟️
This Register Your Interest form is not your entry ticket it’s just to help us get an idea of numbers so we can coordinate a meeting spot.
Once inside, you're free to explore, do your own thing, and enjoy the day at your own pace but it’s a great chance to meet a few new friends, maybe grab a ride buddy or share some dagwood dogs.
