Description
In a dysfunctional modern day society - remaining grounded in the city can be a struggle, to put it lightly. It's difficult to process & intergrate things that are keeping us stuck in our subconscious cycles, amongst all the displeasing noise and chaos that exists within the concrete jungle.
That's why we decided to create this event, for the purposes of regulating your nervous system through deep, low end frequencies, free movement and feeling. Get out of your brain and back into your body.
This is the time for us to reconnect with ourselves, our community, and to come together.
Introducing: LOW END THEORY
A night where you can dress how you want, dance how you want, and be who you want in the highest alignment of your true self. Any intolerance towards other people for the way they choose to express themselves will not be accepted (please do reach out to Bar Staff, Kari or Danielle if anything is really upsetting you, though!)
Whether you want to stomp out some trapped feelings, wiggle out your worries, or bring light to something that's lurking within your shadow - we've got you covered.
This is a SAFE, INCLUSIVE, BASS themed event.
We acknowledge that this event will be hosted on stolen land. Always was, always will be. Look after each other. Look after country. But most importantly - have fun.

Hiding amongst the shadows in the trees, EKKLESIA doesn't come out too often. Integrating an eclectic fusion of all things deep, dark, and haunting - she curates heaving soundscapes full of broken beat, ethereal sub-frequency chaos. Light cannot reach here. It never has, and never will.

IGNI takes you on a journey, transmuting dark pressure into light through high-impact blends of neurofunk, DnB, and bass music. Heavy intensity, otherworldly vocals, and flashes of euphoria—custom made for release, power, movement, and the ignition of your soul.
NuTreeEnt
Fresh out of the forest of Retreat, Lutruwita/Tasmania, NuTreeEnt likes to get down in the dirt and keep the frequencies low. Nutritionist by day and dancefloor fiend by night, she'll nourish your soul while she keeps you movin' with her eclectic all-you-can-eat bass buffet.
Slackjaw
Birthed in the rugged and treacherous landscapes of lutruwita in 2022, SLACKJAW serves a scene undoubtedly on the rise. Relentlessly cloud-digging and cutting his teeth on the decks of club nights and underground raves these past three years has given way to a sound unlike any other. Expect driving rhythms, scattered breakbeat, scintillating vocal performances and, of course, unholy amounts of sub frequencies. Teaming up with fellow bass fiend VØID in early 2024 to form SLØ (pronounced slur), a project centered around creative mixing and sonic experimentation, has propelled the pair into a whole new arena supporting the likes of Copycatt, K+Lab and IMANU. Forever a militant advocate of the underground and the everyman’s punter, Slackjaw now looks to the future forming the grassroots collective Pear Shaped, a community formed through shared interest, encouragement and acceptance. The future looks bright for bass music in lutruwita and Slackjaw aims to be right there in front of the stack.

SEFFRICK brings an energy to the decks that hits hard and moves fast where he blends classic DnB tracks with the freshest underground sounds, With a keen ear for flow and a crate full of heavy hitters, he’s quickly building a reputation for immersive, high-impact sets that light up dance floors. “MASSIVEEE” is what you might hear throughout NEIKZ sets. With a couple years practice and after playing her first set for BASS ALCHEMISTS last month, she'll be bringing her own brand of punchy UKG and crunchy 140 bass.
