You know that outfit sitting in your wardrobe that you absolutely love... but apparently no normal occasion in your life calls for sequins, feathers, excessive sparkle, a random costume, or just being wildly overdressed compared to normal?

This is the occasion.

We're wrapping up 2026 with an end-of-year party for women who'd like one last excuse to get together before December gets completely chaotic.

And the dress code is very simple: Wear the thing you have nowhere else to wear.

The ridiculously fancy dress.

The outfit you bought for an event that never happened.

The sequins you've been trying to justify for three years.

The random costume. 

The statement piece. 

The thing you wore once and refuse to get rid of because surely its moment will come again.

Its moment has come.

📅Saturday 12 December 2026

📍Birdie Restaurant, Port Kennedy

⏰Carpet arrival from 3:00pm, with formal kick off at 3:30pm

    Formal festivities wrap up at 6:30pm, with the option to stick around afterwards

🥂Welcome drink on arrival

🍴Canapés and nibbles throughout

🍸Additional drinks available to purchase from the bar  

What to expect

A little bit fancy. A little bit ridiculous. Very unserious.

There'll be good food, plenty of opportunities to meet and catch up with other women, photos that may or may not come back to haunt us, some questionable awards and enough ridiculousness to give your outfit the occasion it has been patiently waiting for.

One last thing…

December gets busy. Work gets ridiculous. Calendars fill up. Everyone starts saying "we'll catch up next year".

So before all of that happens, we're getting dressed up for absolutely no sensible reason and spending an afternoon celebrating the women we've shared 2026 with.
