Founded upon the sacred soil of Dharug Land (Camden, NSW) is EL MGMT - a business which proudly stands as a Female owned and operated Independent Management and Promotions Company.

Our approach is personal and empowering as we guide and nurture our artists along a unique path towards growth.

Beyond management, we craft dynamic and vibrant local live events that provide a fun and inclusive space for artists and punters alike in the wild south west.

In the heart of our story lies a commitment to fostering a sense of community, igniting the spotlight on local artists, promoting inclusivity on all levels and creating a space for Camden on the gig map once again.

EL MGMT, is more than just a management company, it is a community.
