Culinary Competition 

Sunday, October 20th, 1:00-3:30pm

Get ready for a culinary showdown like no other! 12 teams of talented culinary students from the Culinary Institute by Southwest University will battle it out to create mouthwatering dishes paired with craft beer as well as premium still and sparkling wines.

Thanks to Economy Wholesale Grocers, the competition will feature top-quality ingredients, elevating each team's dish to the next level. We’re also excited to include thoughtfully selected beer from Glazers, which will add depth to the tasting experience, bringing out new dimensions in each dish. This is more than just a competition—it's a celebration of flavors that will delight your palate with every sip and bite!
