Personal Pizza Party (3P) is an NYC-based production company that provides its artists with the ingredients they need to create the projects they’re hungry for, whether it’s theatre, music, comedy, films, audio dramas, or more. Our work is socially-conscious and gives a platform to a diverse array of untold stories with the core goal of fostering community between early-career creatives in search of an artistic home. We believe good art (pizza?) is made better through collaborations (parties?) where like-minded creatives cook up their personal (!!!) dream projects. Our work is honest, irreverent, and – above all – fun. Like, duh. We’re not called Personal Pizza Party because we hate fun.

3P was founded in January 2023. The current 3P leadership team consists of Lee Melillo (Executive Artistic Director), Ethan Peña Mock (Associate Artistic Director), Christian Caro (Total Party House Director), and Alexandra Haddad (Creative Producer).
