I'm delighted and excited to introduce something BRAND NEW to our community. 

I'm offering an opportunity to experience an Eldership Niche Constellation Session. 

These two hour group sessions will focus on finding your Eldership Niche using the Constellations process. 

The aim is to provide an opportunity to experience the Eldership Constellation Process, which is one of the ways that we can illuminate our unique Eldership Niche. 

This is for you if: 

• You're wondering how to step into your Eldership Journey
• There's something you feel is blocking you from crossing the threshold to Eldership. 
• You long to offer Eldership Wisdom to Organisations and Communites but don't know where to start 
• You're curious to see if working with me is for you.  
• You'd like to safely experience witnessing what this process looks like. 
• You've been a regular at the free monthly workshops but would like to take a step further in without having to commit to anything. 

Connecting With Sophia Wisdom

In the second half of life, when working with Organisational Systems, (whether that be public, corporate, business or third sector), it involves us bringing WISDOM and that means walking the path of The Elder. 

However. in our current Culture we misunderstand what wisdom really is. 

In the Oxford Dictionary it says: 

"Wisdom is the ability to make sensible decisions and give good advice because of the experience and knowledge that you have"

However; the role of Eldership (wisdom) is:  

"To hold space for others to arrive at their own insights through awareness". 

This requires Elders to embody and connect to 'Sophia Wisdom', which is a deeply felt Archetypal Feminine Presence which helps others to connect to their own inherent wisdom.

In the first half of life we become attached to the many roles we play in our life; son / daughter, father / mother; brother / sister; husband / wife; manager / leader / coach etc. 

Yet, in the second half of life we begin to ask ourselves: 

• Who am I? 
• What is my soul asking of me? 

The second half of life therefore, is about 'MEANING' and 'PURPOSE'. It's about the process of individuating and finding our Niche. Our own unique, Eldership Niche. 

These monthly stand alone sessions are an opportunity to experience one of the founding processes to finding your Eldership Niche. It's a powerful process to discover what wants to come into the world through you. 

Using the pioneering process of Constellations we will explore together this rich field of potential to illuminate the path to Eldership. 

What Are Eldership Constellations? 

Systemic constellations is a pioneering, innovative process that brings an unprecedented level of clarity to illuminate and resolve dilemmas and complex issues that lie hidden in our unconscious awareness.

The Constellations Process creates a 3D model that brings fresh information, profound insight, simplicity and movement that re-energises and brings agency and direction back to individuals, groups, organisations and communities.

The group acts as One System and one person is chosen to work with on behalf of the whole group. 

The rest of the members of the group may then be asked to acts as representatives in order to illuminate elements and aspects of what is hidden under the surface of awareness. 

This isn't role play. People feel into the field of awareness using their own felt sense. It's a wonderful and safe way to gain greater awareness and deeper insight into a person's unique essence and niche.  

There is no pressure to take part however; you're always welcome to come and observe. 

The constellation process works with the WHOLE system, the ‘Heart, Head, Soul and Gut‘ and offers something which feels ‘beyond words’.

The benefits remain deeply with you at an embodied level. It encourages you to get out of your head and work from your felt sense at an intuitive level of (Sophia) knowing.

What Can You Expect From This Two Hour Session? 

Using the systemic constellation process I will work with a volunteer to identify and release the patterns and underlying hidden contracts and loyalties so they can start to discover their unique eldership niche. 

Together we: 

• Identify hidden loyalties, patterns and entanglements
• Illuminate new insights
• Restore clarity
• Build confidence and
• Bring a powerful sense of integration, coherence and direction.
