Zena has been working in the field of human development for over thirty years. Starting her career in the Police as a trainer, she's worked with hundreds of leaders in both the public and private sector working in the field of transformation and change.
Zena is a systemic constellator and coach who specialises in helping leaders from all walks of life become Elders. She's founded a Community of Elders to support those curious souls who are walking and exploring the path of Eldership to transform teams, cultures and society.
