Election Day Yoga @ Lost Giants 6:30pm

SPECIAL CLASS.

It's election day. The world is going nuts. This is a chance to put your phone away, be with the community, MOVE, breathe, laugh, wiggle a little, and be in control of something while the one thing we can't control is happening outside.

Class will be at Lost Giants Cider Company and starts at 6:30pm sharp. Because of the stress of the day we will be opening this class up to larger numbers, so more people can find a place to chill. This means it will be a little more crowded so please come early to help us set the room up so everyone can fit. Hang in the taproom. Get out of your head for a bit. All levels class. We will get a GREAT workout to good music, hang with good people, and have the option to drink yummy cider! Class is always free. Donations are welcome in cash or at Vemno to @lacykemp

Registration is now required to attend as space is limited. Please only sign up if you're sure you can attend. . If for some reason you do need to cancel (I get it life happens) please let me know as soon as possible. Please note that classes are 21+, we're in a bar after all.

Also-PLEASE stay home if you're sick. Whether it's a cold or an unknown illness. Nobody wants your germs. <3
