As part of the Commercial Kitchen Showcase, the Electric Connections panel session on Thursday 13 February 2025 will bring together industry experts and local Canberra business owners to discuss electrification. 

You'll learn how induction technology offers significant benefits including precision cooking, minimal energy loss, a more comfortable kitchen and a healthier working environment. This technology is paving the way for more efficient and sustainable kitchens. Pitched at chefs, licenced food business owners and managers, and people beginning their journey in the hospitality industry, come along and hear what electrification means for you!   

The panel discussion will run from 10.30-11.30am. Stay on at the Showcase after the seminar to explore the cutting-edge induction technology — the energy-efficient, high-performance solution that’s revolutionising kitchens worldwide.
