A Blanck Canvas is a Melbourne-based creative company specialising in large-scale puppetry, props, sets, and illuminated installations for TV, film, theatre, and major events. Founded in 2013, their unique design, build and perform techniques have been refined through projects worldwide.

Led by Director Joe Blanck, a renowned Australian creature designer and builder, A Blanck Canvas boasts a team of skilled practitioners.

With a portfolio encompassing notable installations at events such as Moomba Festival, United Arab Emirates' National Day, Melbourne's White Night Festival and the 2020 World Expo in Dubai, A Blanck Canvas has garnered recognition both nationally and internationally.

Since 2020, A Blanck Canvas has expanded its creative endeavours to produce their own events. Their sold-out performances, including adaptations of Graeme Base's "The Waterhole," as well as collaborative productions at Fringe Festival and Oz Asia festivals, have captured audience imaginations.

Continually pushing the boundaries of technology and artistry, A Blanck Canvas creates captivating works that transport audiences and redefines their connection to nature and the world around them.
