The ancient alchemy and medicine wheel to support holistic well-being, calling forth the wisdom that lands through the human heart and intellect working together, with reverence for the even greater intelligence in nature.

This gathering aligns with the energies of the ancient Beltane festival of unification. Beltane means “bright fire” in Gaelic. It celebrates the growing strength of the sun as we enter the warmer months, and begin the light half of the year. As winter’s gate is closing and we embrace summer’s return, this time honours the awakening of life force, the abundance of nature, fertility, sensuality and regeneration of the land and her people. What wants to grow during this next season?

You are invited to join Dylan for a beautiful journey that will ignite all of your senses. Beginning with a guided life force movement practice to mobilise and open the body. Followed by the medicine of ceremonial cacao to open the heart and connect with your inner embodied wisdom. Deepening the journey within using the breath to liberate vital energy for self-healing. Integrating the journey with a creative arts activity. We will conclude this day event with a somatic dance journey to celebrate and relish in the freedom and connection formed.

SOMATIC DANCE

Connect with your somatic intelligence and inner creative impulse through organic, free-body movement. This journey offers a safe, and non judgemental space to connect with your body and authentic self expression.

In dance, we embody the fire of Beltane, moving to express the vitality and life that this season brings. We honor the sacred union of opposites within ourselves—masculine and feminine, light and dark. As we move, we mirror nature’s cycles of blossoming, letting our bodies flow like the winds of spring and the flames of transformation. Let our dance be a celebration of freedom, sensuality, and connection to the earth and each other.

About the Facilitator:

Dylan Kaufman is a skilled somatic coach and workshop facilitator with extensive training in mind-body coaching, yoga teaching, qigong, ceremonial cacao alchemy, creative arts therapy, reiki, shamanic arts, and deep tissue massage. In addition to his holistic health and healing expertise, Dylan works as a structural, civil, and architectural design engineer - specialising in modern earth homes with nature based solutions. Dylan combines his intellect and heart with a passion for natural regeneration and sustainability for the future generations. This unique combination of the technical and the holistic allows Dylan to approach projects with a balanced perspective, emphasising the interconnection between humans and nature to support personal and planetary transformation.
